Shipping policy
Every 24 Days of Magic calendar is made to order, so your timeline has two stages: production, then shipping.
Production: 30 days
Your calendar is produced after you order. This takes about 30 days. Nothing ships before production is finished.
Shipping, after production
- Fast shipping: 4 to 8 days
- Standard shipping: 7 to 14 days
Total time from order to your door is roughly 34 to 44 days, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

We ship worldwide.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
We can change your shipping address within 24 hours of your order. After that, production has already started. Email sailormoonchat@outlook.com with your order number as soon as you can.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it at no cost to you.
