Refund policy
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your calendar has entered production and we can no longer cancel it.
Returns
You can return an unopened calendar within 30 days of delivery. Unopened means none of the 24 doors have been opened and the box is in its original condition. Because this is a surprise product, once doors are opened we cannot accept it back.
To start a return, email sailormoonchat@outlook.com with your order number and we will send you instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the calendar, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your calendar arrives damaged, or something is missing or broken behind a door, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to ship anything back.
Not eligible for return
- Calendars with opened doors, unless the item arrived damaged
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Orders cancelled after the 24 hour window
Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost.
